Expert's Customization II

I decided to test Expert's Customization II [EC2] statting ATK%+4 and ATK+3 at the same time. I have the skill at Lv10 and did 50 tests, all with an 8% success rate...

50/50 kept the ability/value statted in the first slot (ATK%+4).

My conclusions:

• A) At Lv10, EC2 gives about a 95-100% chance for the first slot to succeed; or

• B) At Lv10, EC2 gives about a +90-95% success chance to the first slot, meaning my tests had about an 98-100% chance

Further testing would need to be done at a 1% base success rate for clarification.
